Follow the block through every production stage

The final route follows the target density, strength, dimensions, raw materials, mould choice, curing rhythm and factory conditions.

Prepare & meter

Store, convey and meter powder, water and selected additives around real material properties.

Foam & mix

Prepare physical foam and combine it with a controlled slurry batch.

Mould & cure

Pour, circulate and cure the billet until it reaches the condition required for demoulding and cutting.

Cut & handle

Connect peeling, horizontal and vertical cutting, transfer, stacking and finished-product handling.
