A manufacturer with production-line engineering at its core
Established in 2014, HENGDE develops equipment around the customer’s product, materials, output target and factory conditions. Manufacturing and engineering are coordinated through the Foshan production base.

Lightweight block production lines
CLC / foam concrete, NAAC, EPS self-insulating and ceramsite products are process and product options within the block family.

Panel systems are configured around geometry, reinforcement, moulds, curing and the required finishing process.
03Cutting systems and line upgrades
Horizontal and vertical cutting, slotting, stacking and transfer systems can be integrated into an existing factory.

Listed drafting organization for JC/T 1062-2022
The National Digital Standards Library lists Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (广州恒德建筑科技有限公司) among the drafting organizations of the current Chinese building-material industry standard JC/T 1062-2022, Foamed Concrete Blocks. Drafting participation is evidence of standards work; product conformity and project performance still require the applicable test and acceptance records.

- 2014
HENGDE began research, development and manufacturing of lightweight wall-material production equipment.
- 2017
Technical cooperation with a German technology partner introduced CLC wall-material production processes into HENGDE’s development work.
- 2019
The Foshan base expanded equipment R&D, standardized manufacturing and the technical and after-sales teams.
- 2021
The Xinjiang branch supported expansion into self-insulating wall materials, product sales and equipment manufacturing.
- 2022–2023
Development continued across cutting, stacking, packaging and mixing systems, supported by the company’s patent archive.
- 2024
The company history records an application for high-tech enterprise recognition in 2024.
