   Use the mobile mixer and pourer to prepare and fill the moulds.

   Mould & cure

   Hold the moulded blocks until the product reaches the specified release condition.

   Demould

   Use the cantilever lifting arrangement for the listed manual demoulding step.

5. 05

   Push cut

   Move the green product through the listed push-type vertical cutting step.

6. 06

   Manual palletizing

   Transfer and palletize finished blocks according to the compact layout.
