This shipment marks another important step for the project, moving from early technical communication, project signing and equipment manufacturing into the delivery and on-site implementation stage.

The Malaysian client previously signed a cooperation agreement with Hengde for a solid waste utilization lightweight block production line. The client plans to build a lightweight block production project in Malaysia by making use of local raw material conditions, producing new wall material products for the local market.

This project was not a simple equipment purchase.

Since 2025, the client has maintained communication with Hengde and held multiple rounds of discussions on local raw materials, product formulas, equipment configuration and factory planning. To make the production solution better match the actual site conditions, the client also brought local raw materials to Hengde for testing, focusing on the adaptability of the materials and the stability of the finished lightweight block products.

During the project communication process, Hengde also sent engineers to the client’s site in Malaysia to help address concerns related to raw material adaptation, product formulas and project implementation. After several rounds of communication, testing and solution confirmation, both sides finally decided to adopt Hengde’s complete lightweight block production line solution.

Loading and Delivery Process

Destination and Next Site Stage

Before shipment, Hengde’s factory completed the manufacturing and pre-delivery preparation of the relevant equipment according to the project configuration. From August 25 to 26, the production line equipment and supporting components were loaded successively, including main production line equipment, matching parts and related equipment required for later on-site installation.

During loading, Hengde’s staff arranged, secured and loaded the equipment according to its structure and transportation requirements to ensure that all equipment could be delivered to the Malaysian project site as planned.

For an overseas factory project, equipment shipment is not the end of cooperation. It is the beginning of real project implementation.

Next, Guangzhou Hengde will continue to follow the client’s site progress and arrange engineers to provide on-site installation guidance and operation training. The team will assist the client in completing production line installation, commissioning and pre-production preparation, helping the Malaysian lightweight block project move forward smoothly.
