This shipment includes the gantry cutting saw main unit, cutting saw base, packaging machine and associated components. Large equipment assemblies were lifted into the containers by crane. The loading team positioned and secured the equipment according to its structure and transport requirements, preparing it for the sea journey.

The project involves more than supplying machinery. The customer has been in contact with Hengde since 2025, planning a lightweight block production line that uses locally available solid-waste materials. Before confirming the equipment configuration, both sides discussed raw materials, mix formulations and factory planning.

The customer also brought local material samples to Hengde for testing to assess their suitability for the proposed production process. Following these discussions and trials, the customer selected Hengde’s complete production-line solution.

The second shipment is another step towards delivering the equipment needed for the factory. For a large production line, dispatch may take place in several batches, particularly when cutting machinery, base structures and supporting equipment require substantial container space. Each batch must be coordinated with the loading plan and transport schedule.

A key component of this project is the cutting system, described in the shipment video as having a cutting capacity of 400 m³ per day. Its role is to cut the blocks to the required dimensions while supporting the production line’s operating pace. Once the equipment reaches Malaysia, the next steps will include positioning the machines, connecting the production stages, commissioning and operator training.

For an overseas factory project, dispatch is only one stage of delivery. On-site installation, commissioning and staff training are still needed before the line can begin operating. Hengde will continue to coordinate with the customer’s site team and prepare installation guidance and technical support in line with the project’s progress.

From initial material testing and contract signing to the first shipment and this second batch, the Malaysian project is progressing through its planned delivery stages. Hengde will continue to support equipment delivery, installation and training, taking the customer’s raw materials, capacity requirements and site conditions into account as the factory moves towards production.
