Fujian Project Team Tests Ceramsite Wall-Panel Cutting Equipment at HENGDE

HENGDE carried out a production and cutting test on March 16, 2026 for ceramsite wall-panel applications.

What Was Evaluated

The test was designed to examine how the equipment performs under representative product dimensions and material conditions, with attention to cut quality, dimensional consistency, handling and repeatability.

The technical discussion covered cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, wall-panel forming, cutting, handling and product requirements, and ceramsite lightweight products and material handling.

Engineering Use of the Test

Test results are used as engineering evidence for equipment selection and process adjustment. They should not be treated as universal performance guarantees because actual output and product quality also depend on raw materials, product density, curing condition, operating hours and the final line configuration.

Customers evaluating a similar product can provide sample dimensions, raw materials and target performance so the engineering team can review the appropriate process and equipment.
