Tibet Project Team Reviews Self-Insulating Block Production and Cutting Equipment

HENGDE hosted a project team connected with China on June 10, 2026 to review a proposed self-insulating block project.

Project Focus

The discussion focused on a China-based self-insulating block project and the equipment, process and factory conditions needed for stable production.

The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, self-insulating block production and line adaptation, and foaming, mixing and stable green-body formation.

What Happens Next

During the factory visit, the customer was able to see how the relevant equipment is manufactured and how the main production stages connect. Questions were handled around the real project rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all line.

The project can now move into more detailed configuration once the customer confirms the final product, output target and site requirements.
