HENGDE hosted a project team connected with Indonesia on July 11, 2026 to review a proposed lightweight block project.

Project Focus

The project is intended for Indonesia, with the discussion centred on lightweight block production and the practical conditions required to bring the line into operation.

The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, foaming, mixing and stable green-body formation, and reducing manual handling and improving production continuity.

What Happens Next

During the factory visit, the customer was able to see how the relevant equipment is manufactured and how the main production stages connect. Questions were handled around the real project rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all line.

The project can now move into more detailed configuration once the customer confirms the final product, output target and site requirements.
