Project Background

The visit began with an engineering discussion in the meeting room. Using production-flow drawings, equipment-layout information and previous project references, the HENGDE team explained the main stages of lightweight block production.

The discussion covered raw-material storage and metering, mixing and foaming, casting and moulding, curing and demoulding, and finished-product handling. This gave the customer a clear overview of how the equipment works together as a complete line.

Why Each Overseas Factory Requires Its Own Configuration

The team also explained the planning principles used for overseas factories. Projects producing the same type of lightweight block can still require different equipment quantities, automation levels and workshop layouts.

The final configuration must be based on the available raw materials, required product specifications, target output, site area, power supply and local labour conditions. Equipment selection therefore cannot be based only on the price of individual machines or copied directly from another project.

Questions and Next Decision

After the meeting, the customer entered the HENGDE workshop to view equipment under manufacture and assembly. The HENGDE team explained the role of each production section, how adjacent machines connect and which site and foundation conditions should be prepared before installation.

Moving from engineering drawings to physical equipment helped the customer understand which machines are required, how the line operates as a coordinated system and what information must be prepared before developing an overseas factory.
