Project Background

This was not the client’s first visit to Hengde.

The client first visited Guangzhou Hengde on November 14, 2025. During that visit, the discussions focused mainly on the production process, equipment configuration, and factory planning for a lightweight block project. The client also toured the factory and inspected the relevant equipment.

Nearly one year later, the client returned to Hengde, showing that the project has continued to move forward rather than remaining at the initial evaluation stage.

This time, the discussions became more specific, with greater focus on production line configuration and practical project implementation.

In the meeting room, the Hengde team reviewed the complete production line layout with the client, explaining the major equipment, production stages, and how each process connects with the next. The client paid particular attention to equipment configuration, process coordination, and how the complete line would be installed and organized for production after arriving in Burundi.

Compared with the first visit, when the client was mainly learning about the project, the questions during this visit were much more detailed and practical.

After the meeting, the client delegation returned to Hengde’s factory to inspect the production equipment and actual line arrangement. Having already seen Hengde’s machinery during the previous visit, the client was now more interested in how the solution discussed in the meeting would correspond to the actual equipment and how the future factory in Burundi should be planned.

For an overseas factory project, the final production line solution is rarely decided during a single meeting. Raw materials, product specifications, target capacity, site conditions, labor requirements, installation, and operator training all need to be confirmed step by step as the project develops.

From the client’s first visit in 2025 to this return visit in 2026, the discussions have gradually moved from understanding a lightweight block production line to working through more detailed equipment configuration and project implementation.
