BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions to answer before equipment selection

What information is required for a production-line proposal?+

Provide the project country, target product and dimensions, local raw materials, planned daily output, available land or workshop, voltage and project timing.

Can one line produce more than one type of block or panel?+

Some configurations can support multiple products, but moulds, cutting, material formulation, handling and product requirements must be checked before this is confirmed.

How should I choose between CLC, NAAC, EPS or other lightweight products?+

Start with local demand, intended wall use, required density and strength, applicable standards and available raw materials. The process route follows the product.

Can local sand, stone powder, fly ash, slag or tailings be used?+

They may be suitable, but their particle size, moisture, chemistry, supply stability and effect on the target product should be evaluated before configuration.

Can Hengde quote from daily capacity alone?+

No. Capacity does not define the complete line. Product, materials, automation, mould cycle, cutting, factory conditions and handling can materially change the scope.

What capacities are available?+

Hengde materials include reference directions from approximately 30 m³/day to large automated lines. Final output and configuration are project-specific.

How much land and workshop space are required?+

The requirement depends on capacity, mould quantity, curing, cutting, finished-product storage, logistics and future expansion. A site plan should be reviewed before a final layout is issued.

How many workers are required?+

Labour depends on automation, shifts, material handling, packaging and local operating practice. Entry configurations require more manual work; larger lines connect more stages.

Can Hengde test our local raw materials?+

Material information, reports and samples can be reviewed, and project-specific trials can be discussed before the production route is confirmed.

Can an existing reciprocating-saw line be upgraded?+

Yes, it can be evaluated after Hengde receives billet dimensions, material condition, current output, cutting video, workshop layout and the target rhythm.

Is ±1 mm cutting accuracy guaranteed for every project?+

No. It is an applicable measured tolerance under confirmed material, process, equipment and measurement conditions, not a universal guarantee.

Does Hengde provide installation and operator training?+

The contract scope can include site-readiness guidance, installation guidance, commissioning support and operator training covering operation, maintenance and quality control.

What after-sales support is available?+

Support can include manuals, remote troubleshooting, spare-parts identification, on-site service and later line-upgrade evaluation according to the delivered scope.

How long is delivery?+

Lead time depends on the confirmed line, customization, manufacturing schedule, acceptance requirements, shipping route and destination. It should be confirmed in the project quotation.
