The customer already has moulds and production experience in Ghana, but much of the current process is manual. As output requirements increase, the existing method creates pressure on labour, production continuity and day-to-day management.

Project Focus
The customer already has moulds and production experience in Ghana, but much of the current process is manual. As output requirements increase, the existing method creates pressure on labour, production continuity and day-to-day management.
The discussion therefore focused on upgrading the production method rather than simply buying one machine. HENGDE reviewed the customer’s existing mould concept, material flow, equipment sequence, labour requirement, automation options and the installation and training support needed to make the transition practical.
What Happens Next
For an existing producer, the value of an upgrade depends on how well it fits the current factory. HENGDE will continue to refine the proposal around the customer’s available space, moulds, raw materials and target output instead of replacing usable assets without a clear reason.
