HENGDE Ships Additional Cutting Equipment to Kazakhstan
HENGDE completed a shipment of lightweight block production equipment for Kazakhstan on April 4, 2026, moving the project from manufacturing into the delivery stage. Before loading, the project equipment and supporting components were checked against the confirmed scope and prepared for transport. Large assemblies were secured for handling and shipment so that the receiving team can identify and position the equipment more efficiently on arrival.

Delivery Preparation
Before loading, the project equipment and supporting components were checked against the confirmed scope and prepared for transport. Large assemblies were secured for handling and shipment so that the receiving team can identify and position the equipment more efficiently on arrival.

From Delivery to Installation
The technical discussion covered reducing circular-saw kerf, cutting loss and stoppages, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, foaming, mixing and stable green-body formation, and target output, mould cycle and equipment capacity planning.
Shipment is only one stage of a complete production-line project. After the equipment reaches site, the next work typically includes positioning, mechanical and electrical connection, commissioning, operator training and production-process adjustment.
