The visit combined engineering discussion with a factory walk-through so the customer could compare the proposed process with real manufacturing and equipment assembly.
The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, foaming, mixing and stable green-body formation, and target output, mould cycle and equipment capacity planning.
What Happens Next
For HENGDE, the purpose of a factory visit is to turn a general investment idea into a practical line configuration. Equipment selection is therefore discussed together with raw materials, product specifications, production rhythm and site conditions.
