DR Congo Project Team Trains on HENGDE Lightweight Block Production Line After Signing
After signing its project with HENGDE, a DR Congo customer returned to the factory on August 8 and August 10, 2026 for hands-on production-line training. The sessions went beyond a general machine introduction. HENGDE engineers worked through the actual line sequence with the customer, including the transfer car and rail system, mixer, moulds, feeding equipment, peeling machine and cutting equipment. The aim was to help the customer understand not only what each machine does, but how the machines need to work together during production.

Training Focus
The sessions went beyond a general machine introduction. HENGDE engineers worked through the actual line sequence with the customer, including the transfer car and rail system, mixer, moulds, feeding equipment, peeling machine and cutting equipment. The aim was to help the customer understand not only what each machine does, but how the machines need to work together during production.
Cutting received particular attention because machine position, operating sequence and size control directly affect finished block dimensions and appearance. The training also covered the relationship between upstream mixing and moulding and the later demoulding, peeling and cutting stages.
Preparing for Site Production
This pre-shipment training gives the customer’s team a head start before the equipment arrives in DR Congo. Once the line is delivered, HENGDE will continue with installation guidance, commissioning and further operator training at site.
