An Uzbekistan project team visited HENGDE on January 6, 2026 for hands-on training on CLC / foamed-concrete block production equipment. The training followed the actual production flow, starting with feeding, metering, foaming and mixing before moving through casting, process connections and the key operating points that affect stable production.

Training Focus
The training followed the actual production flow, starting with feeding, metering, foaming and mixing before moving through casting, process connections and the key operating points that affect stable production.
HENGDE engineers worked beside the equipment so the customer could understand the operating logic and common checks rather than simply watch a demonstration. The customer also discussed how the process would need to be organised at its own factory.
Preparing for Site Production
After the equipment reaches site, HENGDE will support installation and commissioning and repeat the training under real production conditions so the customer’s team can move from basic operation to stable output.
