Timor-Leste Project Team Completes Two-Day Review of HENGDE Lightweight Block Production Line

A Timor-Leste project team spent two consecutive days at HENGDE in late July 2026 reviewing a planned lightweight block project. The visit was deliberately practical: the first day focused on the project plan, factory manufacturing and equipment layout; the second day moved to material casting and high-precision cutting.

Project Focus

The customer had followed HENGDE for some time before travelling to the factory and came with a clear objective—to confirm whether the proposed process, equipment configuration and service plan were suitable for the Timor-Leste project.

During the engineering discussions, the two sides reviewed local raw materials, product use, target output, automation and how the line would move from mixing and casting through curing, demoulding and cutting. Seeing the casting and cutting stages on the second day gave the customer a direct view of the green-body condition, machine movement and finished-product quality.

What Happens Next

The visit was not treated as a showroom tour. It was used to close specific project questions around process feasibility, production-line configuration, installation and operator training so that the next commercial decision could be made on the basis of what the customer had seen on site.
