The client plans to produce a new type of block made from gypsum-based material. The finished product requires not only holes but also grooved sections. Therefore, the solution must address more than block forming itself. It also needs to determine how these special processing requirements can be integrated into the equipment configuration.

From the initial product concept to the final cooperation plan, both sides spent considerable time confirming the details. The desired product structure defined the starting point of the discussions, while the corresponding processing steps and equipment configuration had to be worked out one by one. After five rounds of communication, the previously discussed technical points were clarified, providing the basis for the final agreement.

For this project, the special product requirements are more important than a standard equipment introduction. Although it is also a block production project, the use of gypsum-based material, together with the need for hole-making and grooving, means that the production line must be configured around these specific requirements. Before signing, Hengde and the client confirmed each key point to provide a clear basis for subsequent manufacturing and delivery.

At the signing ceremony, both parties signed the contract in Hengde’s meeting room and took photos together with the agreement. With the contract now signed, the Ethiopian gypsum block project has completed the preliminary stage covering requirement discussions, solution confirmation, and formal cooperation.
