HENGDE Signs Timor-Leste Lightweight Block Production Line Project After Two-Day Factory Review

The decision came after a step-by-step project check rather than a quick sales meeting. On the first day, the customer reviewed the overall factory plan, equipment manufacturing and production-line configuration. On the second day, the focus shifted to material mixing and casting, high-precision cutting and the quality of the finished blocks.

Project Scope
The decision came after a step-by-step project check rather than a quick sales meeting. On the first day, the customer reviewed the overall factory plan, equipment manufacturing and production-line configuration. On the second day, the focus shifted to material mixing and casting, high-precision cutting and the quality of the finished blocks.
The customer used the visit to confirm the questions that matter when building a new plant overseas: whether local raw materials can be adapted to the process, whether the planned output is realistic for the selected line, how the equipment will be installed at site and how operators will be trained before production starts.
Next Stage
With the agreement now in place, HENGDE will proceed with the confirmed equipment scope, manufacturing and quality checks, followed by shipment and on-site service planning. The project is now moving from factory evaluation into implementation.
