HENGDE Signs 200 m³/day Lightweight Block Production Line Project in Indonesia
HENGDE signed a lightweight block production-line project with an Indonesia-based customer on July 26, 2026. The customer comes from a real-estate background and plans to extend its business upstream into local wall-material production, with a design target of about 200 m³/day documented in the project source. The investment is intended to give the customer's construction business greater control over material supply rather than relying entirely on external purchases. During the project discussions, the HENGDE team reviewed local market demand, raw-material conditions, site planning, the production process, automation level and the cutting system.

Project Scope
The investment is intended to give the customer’s construction business greater control over material supply rather than relying entirely on external purchases. During the project discussions, the HENGDE team reviewed local market demand, raw-material conditions, site planning, the production process, automation level and the cutting system.
For a customer entering block manufacturing from property development, the equipment itself is only one part of the decision. Product specification, raw-material testing, factory layout, production management and downstream use all need to be considered before the final line is released for manufacture.
Next Stage
With the contract signed, HENGDE will move into equipment manufacturing, inspection and shipment preparation. Installation guidance, commissioning and operator training will be coordinated after the equipment reaches the Indonesia project site.
