Aksu Self-Insulating Block Line Upgrade Enters On-Site Installation Stage

The Aksu self-insulating block line upgrade has entered the on-site installation stage, with HENGDE’s service team working at the customer’s existing factory.

Installation Work on Site

The retrofit is designed around the customer’s current production base rather than a complete rebuild. The original line used square moulds and reciprocating-saw cutting, and the upgrade focuses on converting the moulding concept, improving cutting and increasing the continuity of the overall process.

Current site work includes rail installation, transfer-car positioning, mould installation, mixing and demoulding equipment, peeling equipment, vertical cutting equipment and preparation for cutter adjustment. Each item is being positioned against the production-line layout so the mould and green-body transfer route can operate as one system.

Next Stage

After installation, the line will move into alignment checks, no-load running, interlocking, operator training and production-process support before the upgraded plant returns to production.
