HENGDE After-Sales Engineer Arrives in Côte d’Ivoire for Lightweight Block Line Installation
HENGDE's after-sales engineer has arrived at the Côte d’Ivoire project site to support installation of a lightweight block production line. With the equipment delivered and the customer site prepared, the work has moved into positioning, rail installation, conveyor connection and assembly of the core production equipment. These early installation steps are important because the line must follow the approved process sequence and still leave practical access for operation and maintenance.

Installation Work on Site
With the equipment delivered and the customer site prepared, the work has moved into positioning, rail installation, conveyor connection and assembly of the core production equipment. These early installation steps are important because the line must follow the approved process sequence and still leave practical access for operation and maintenance.
The HENGDE engineer is working with the local team to check foundations, equipment positions, rail alignment and the connection between each production stage. The installation is being prepared for the next steps of electrical connection, calibration and no-load testing.
Next Stage
After mechanical installation is complete, the project will proceed through line interlocking, trial operation and operator training before stable production begins.
