Current Installation Work
Project Background
The customer site is progressing through foundations, rail work, equipment positioning and assembly of the main production modules. Lightweight block lines rely heavily on accurate alignment between the feeding, moulding, cutting, stacking and transfer stages, so the early civil and rail work is being checked before full commissioning.
Equipment Included in Installation
Installation Work
The current installation includes the feeding platform, cement storage, peeling and vertical cutting equipment, stacking equipment and related conveying systems. Cutting is a key stage because finished dimensions and surface quality depend on the green body being transferred and supported correctly before and during the cut.
Next Steps
Commissioning and Training Preparation
The next steps will include equipment connection, electrical work, alignment, no-load testing, line interlocking and operator training before trial production.
