HENGDE Upgrades Lightweight Block Cutting Technology to Reduce Kerf and Improve Accuracy

Lightweight block producers increasingly evaluate cutting systems not only by nominal cutting speed, but by total material loss, dimensional consistency, downtime and how easily the cutter integrates with mould circulation and handling.

Engineering Considerations

HENGDE has continued to develop its lightweight-block cutting equipment around narrower kerf, more stable movement and flexible size adjustment. In retrofit projects, the engineering team also reviews whether the existing moulds, transfer system and plant rhythm can be retained.

When comparing circular saws, reciprocating saws and band-saw solutions, the right choice depends on green-body dimensions, density and strength at cutting, required product sizes, maintenance capability and production target.

Project Application

For plants with persistent cutting bottlenecks, a site-specific upgrade can often be more practical than rebuilding the entire production line.
