HENGDE Engineer Arrives in Ghana to Prepare Block and Wall-Panel Line Installation
A HENGDE after-sales engineer has arrived at the Ghana project site to prepare installation of the customer's lightweight block and wall-panel production equipment. The equipment had already been shipped from HENGDE and the project is now moving into the on-site implementation stage. Initial work focuses on checking the installation sequence, equipment positions, foundations, supporting components and the relationship between the block and panel production sections.

Installation Work on Site
The equipment had already been shipped from HENGDE and the project is now moving into the on-site implementation stage. Initial work focuses on checking the installation sequence, equipment positions, foundations, supporting components and the relationship between the block and panel production sections.
For an overseas factory, delivery only puts the equipment on site. Stable production still depends on accurate installation, electrical and mechanical checks, line commissioning and operator training.
Next Stage
HENGDE will continue working with the Ghana team as the equipment is positioned and connected, followed by commissioning and production preparation.
