SIX-STEP PROCESS

Six route-specific process stages

  1. 01

    Prepare & meter

Confirm raw-material suitability, then meter powders and water.

  2. 02

    Chemical aeration & mixing

Dose the confirmed aerating system and control the project mixing sequence.

  3. 03

    Mix & pour

Control batch sequence and pour into the confirmed mould system.

  4. 04

    Non-autoclaved cure

Cure without an autoclave under the project temperature and time controls.

  5. 05

    Demould & finish

Demould and apply the confirmed cutting or finishing scope.

  6. 06

    Handle & store

Transfer finished blocks through the approved handling sequence.

CONFIRMED EQUIPMENT SCOPE

Confirmed common equipment — remaining scope is project-specific

Final equipment is selected according to the target product, tested raw materials, required output and factory conditions.

PROJECT DELIVERY / TURNKEY SUPPORT

From local materials to an operating factory

A factory proposal connects the project country, raw materials, target product and capacity, product dimensions, factory land, utilities, budget and automation requirement. The service and supply responsibilities are agreed for each project.

  1. 01

    Raw Material Testing

Evaluate representative samples from the project location before selecting the final process.

  2. 02

    Formula Adjustment

Adjust the formulation and material ratios against the test results and target product.

  3. 03

    Product & Process Selection

Confirm product dimensions and the product-specific preparation, forming, curing and finishing process.

  4. 04

    Factory Layout Planning

Coordinate land, buildings, storage, material flow, foundations and utilities.

  5. 05

    Production Line Customization

Match capacity, automation, budget, moulds and process interfaces to the agreed factory scope.

  6. 06

    Equipment Manufacturing

Prepare the agreed machines, tooling and controls against the approved configuration.

  7. 07

    Factory Acceptance

Check applicable equipment and delivery scope before shipment.

  8. 08

    Packing & Shipping

Coordinate packing, loading and destination requirements with the project shipping plan.

  9. 09

    Site Installation

Install and connect the agreed equipment after site conditions are ready.

  10. 10

    Commissioning

Check machine sequences and trial production with the selected materials.

  11. 11

    Operator Training

Train operators in safe use, production sequence and routine maintenance.

  12. 12

    After-sales & Spare Parts

Plan maintenance communication and spare-parts support for the installed equipment.

RAW MATERIAL OPTIONS

Use Locally Available Raw Materials Where the Process Allows

The reviewed HENGDE NAAC route uses chemical aeration with non-autoclaved curing. Material categories and equipment follow the confirmed NAAC engineering data.

Test the NAAC material system

Review the confirmed cementitious and siliceous materials, water and project chemical-aeration input before equipment selection.

Lime, gypsum and aluminium powder are included only where the reviewed NAAC engineering route specifies them.

Tune chemical aeration after testing

Test results guide dosing, mixing sequence, temperature controls, mould filling and expansion behaviour.

Non-autoclaved curing, demoulding and finishing conditions are confirmed for the selected block and local materials.

CUTTING WASTE RECOVERY

Cutting Waste Settling & Recovery System

A planned collection and settling loop can reduce uncontrolled slurry discharge and recover process water. The exact civil works, pump selection and reuse rate depend on the project layout and tested material system.

  1. 01CuttingCollect cutting water and fine material at the cutting area.
  2. 02DrainageGuide the wet stream through a controlled drainage path.
  3. 03Recovery PitReceive the collected stream in an accessible recovery pit.
  4. 04SettlingAllow suspended solids to separate before water returns to the process-water system.
  5. 05Water ReuseReuse clarified water where the confirmed process and water-quality limits allow.
  6. 06Suitable Fine Material ReuseReturn only tested, compatible fine material at an engineering-approved rate.
