Questions to answer before equipment selection
Is CLC the same production route as NAAC?+
No. This CLC route uses preformed physical foam. The reviewed NAAC route uses aluminium-powder chemical aeration and requires a separate material-preparation and mixing configuration.
Can capacity be selected from one machine size?+
No. Batch preparation, mould quantity, curing, cutting, transfer, handling, shifts and factory conditions must all support the target.
