HENGDE Signs Aksu Self-Insulating Block Production Line Upgrade
On May 8, 2026, HENGDE signed an upgrade project with a customer in Aksu, Xinjiang for an existing self-insulating block production line. The customer's original process used square moulds and reciprocating-saw cutting. Over time, the plant faced limitations in cutting stability, dimensional control, production efficiency and labour intensity, making it difficult to support the customer's next stage of capacity and quality improvement.

Project Scope
The customer’s original process used square moulds and reciprocating-saw cutting. Over time, the plant faced limitations in cutting stability, dimensional control, production efficiency and labour intensity, making it difficult to support the customer’s next stage of capacity and quality improvement.
HENGDE proposed a system-level retrofit that changes the moulding concept and upgrades the cutting and transfer sections while retaining usable parts of the existing plant. The objective is to improve single-cycle output, cutting consistency and line continuity rather than replace equipment without a clear production benefit.
Next Stage
The project will move through equipment manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training. The final results will depend on the customer’s existing plant conditions and the approved retrofit scope.
