PRODUCTION LINE SOLUTIONS

Production lines built around your product and materials

A practical lightweight wall-material factory starts with the product you intend to sell, locally available materials, required output and the way the factory will operate.

START WITH FIVE INPUTS

A useful proposal begins before the equipment list

Product, raw materials, planned output, factory conditions and project stage determine the process route.

01

1. Product

Block or panel type, dimensions, density and performance requirements.

02

2. Raw materials

Cement, sand, stone powder, fly ash, selected tailings or other local materials, supported by samples or reports.

03

3. Planned output

Daily volume, shifts and a realistic expansion plan.

04

4. Factory conditions

Land, workshop, power, water, labour, storage and local logistics.

05

5. Project stage

New factory, existing-line upgrade or cutting-section replacement.

CAPACITY DIRECTIONS

Capacity changes the line architecture, not only the machine size

Production lines built around your product and materials: Capacity changes the line architecture, not only the machine size
HENGDE REAL MEDIACapacity changes the line architecture, not only the machine size
30–50 m³/DAY 01

Entry production direction

Lower-capital, labour-assisted configuration for market trials and smaller local demand. Final labour, land and product range depend on the confirmed process.

100 m³/DAY 02

Standard small-factory direction

Adds connected metering, foaming, demoulding, cutting and handling modules for a more repeatable production rhythm.

200 m³/DAY 03

Medium industrial direction

Uses higher-capacity mould circulation, cutting and handling with factory layout and later expansion considered together.

300 m³/DAY+ 04

Automated complete-line direction

Connects material preparation, mould circulation, multi-station cutting, palletizing and centralized control as one engineered system.

COMPLETE LINE REFERENCE

A production line is a connected process, not a collection of isolated machines

This 300 m³/day reference layout makes the full path visible: material storage and metering, mixing, mould circulation, curing, demoulding, peeling, cutting, transfer and palletizing. Final installed power, output, plant size and scope remain project-dependent.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions to answer before equipment selection

Can Hengde quote a line from daily capacity alone?+

No. Capacity is one input; product dimensions, materials, factory conditions, automation and the cutting route can materially change the configuration.

Are all local tailings or waste materials suitable?+

No. Suitability should be evaluated using material information and, where needed, testing and product trials.

Can the line be expanded later?+

Expansion can be considered during initial layout and module selection, subject to land, utilities, mould circulation, cutting capacity and handling space.
